Migrated a 14-year-old CRM to a purpose-built internal platform. Shaped the UI around the dispatcher's actual screen-by-screen workflow. Reduced order-entry time from 4 minutes to 40 seconds.
Claims triage agent embedded into the existing ops queue.
Integrated a classification + extraction agent into the claims team's existing ticket queue. No new tools to learn. Agent explains its reasoning inline so handlers can audit or override.
Support deflection agent with a path back to humans.
Built a multi-turn agent against their knowledge base with hard guardrails and a one-click escalation to human. Deflected the routine work without training customers to distrust the bot.
Reconciliation workflow rebuilt end-to-end.
Replaced a brittle chain of scripts and spreadsheets with an auditable pipeline. Every reconciliation step is observable, retryable, and explainable. Month-end closes four days earlier.
