What you’ll own
- Design and ship custom agents, RAG pipelines and eval harnesses
- Own the cost / latency / quality triangle per engagement
- Write the eval suite before the first line of production code
- Train client teams to run what you built when they take it over
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years shipping ML / AI systems in production
- Hands-on with at least two frontier model APIs + one OSS model stack
- Strong opinions about evaluation, weakly held. You’ve been burned before.
- Comfortable saying “this shouldn’t be an AI feature”
